Saturday, September 25, 2026 - Tom Cruise has opened up about his recent reunion with Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, at the London premiere of his new film Digger.
Appearing on The Graham Norton Show on September 25, the 64-year-old actor described the royal couple as “amazing” and “very charismatic,” adding that he had a great time during the event.
The reunion took place on September 22 at the ODEON Luxe Leicester Square, where William and Catherine attended the Royal Film Performance supporting the U.K.’s Film and TV Charity.
Cruise greeted the couple on the red carpet, even complimenting William’s tuxedo jacket. The appearance also marked another public meeting between the trio, following their joint appearance at the 2022 premiere of Top Gun: Maverick.
Cruise also used his Graham Norton Show appearance to discuss Digger, including the demanding prosthetic makeup required for his role. The film, directed by Alejandro G. Iñárritu, stars Cruise alongside Riz Ahmed, Sandra Hüller and Jesse Plemons and is scheduled to reach cinemas on October 2.
With the royal reunion now generating fresh attention, Cruise’s comments have added another talking point ahead of the film’s release.
